CAO Apac commended at the Professionals Retreat and Vision Conference in Lagos, Nigeria

Mr. Olaboro Emmy Ejuku, the Chief Administrative Officer of Apac District, has earned national and international commendations after representing Uganda at the prestigious Professionals Retreat and Vision Conference 2025 held in Lagos, Nigeria. The conference, which brought together high-level professionals, policy influencers, business leaders, and government representatives across Africa, focused on strengthening leadership excellence, transformational governance, and strategic innovation for sustainable development.

Speaking during the plenary session, Mr. Ejuku delivered a powerful presentation on a leadership-based approach to institutional development, citing local government service delivery reforms, the community-driven development model, and accountability enhancements under Uganda’s decentralization framework. This made him seen as the powerhouse leader after he brought the house down with his electrifying presentation on the discipline of Highly Performing Businesses!

Sharing insights and experiences with top-notch entrepreneurs, CEOs, and cultural leaders from Ado Ekiti State was truly a game-changer. The energy, the passion, and the commitment to excellence were palpable!

The CAO’s contribution received high praise from both conference organizers and fellow delegates, who described Uganda’s model as a replicable blueprint for rural development and institutional resilience.
